Compulsory motor insurance policies

Our service

We issue Kazakhstan-issued compulsory motor third-party liability insurance policies for vehicles registered in the EU (European Union). This is done under an agency agreement with the company. "Nomad Insurance".

Information

It is issued for the entire period of the vehicle's temporary stay. If you are at fault in the accident, the insurance company will cover the costs of compensating the injured party for the damage.

All vehicle owners and drivers are required to insure their liability in accordance with Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 446-II of July 1, 2003, "On Compulsory Civil Liability Insurance of Vehicle Owners." Driving without a mandatory policy entails a fine of 10 MCI.

Important! After completing your insurance policy, please ensure all details are filled out correctly. Human error is possible, so the Customer is responsible for monitoring the policy, and if any errors are discovered, we will correct them. We are not responsible for any future issues that may arise if these errors are discovered in Kazakhstan.

Our company does not handle claims. If an insured event occurs, please follow the instructions. "Nomad Insurance".

It is possible to obtain a compulsory motor third party liability insurance policy remotely.

To do this, you need to send it to our email address. info@augapost.comthe following documents:

vehicle registration document (photo or scan from both sides, good quality, without cropping of fields);

passports of vehicle drivers;

driver's licenses of vehicle drivers;

please provide the period and start date of the insurance (minimum 16 days);

provide contact information.

Once completed, we'll email you a PDF of your policy, which you can print or save to your phone. You'll also receive an invoice.

Please note that we reserve the right to cancel the insurance policy if the invoice is not paid within 24 hours of registration..

If you wish to cancel your policy, please notify us by email. You can only cancel it before the start date of the insurance period..

Please order your policy in advance. Online booking is available daily from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Exchange rate: 100 Tenge/Euro - 0.19  (the euro is rounded to the nearest whole number).
